Welcome back, everyone. Happy summer!
Today, we’re going to take a look at ABCmouse. If you’ve been on the internet at all in the past 10 years, you’ve no doubt seen it on a banner ad somewhere.
It’s basically an early learning website owned by Age of Learning Inc. with a ridiculous amount of early learning content geared for the 2-8 set. So much so, that’s they’ve actually received some criticism for having too much content from some critics.
Anyway, ABCmouse is the mascot for this brand, and he has two friends that will also show up in these pics today, Do-Re-Mi (Wears a beret), and 123mouse, both girls.
This kid is in big trouble someday…
Alright, before I get to the big set, here’s a couple of ads that I’ve found…
You, know, especially in that first pic there, I love the detail on the gear here. Very nice.
By the way, if anyone has anything from the website itself behind the paywall, feel free to send it my way. It’d be appreciated.
Now for the main event. Last year, the franchise released an animated series titled ABCmouse Search and Explore, where the trio explore various international landmarks, and this time, we’re looking season 2’s Great Barrier Reef.
Like most of the episodes, we begin in a classroom. Unlike most of the episodes, it’s outside the fish tank, where the girls are waiting for ABC, and he soon finds them…
Turns out ABC is a fish fan, and it’s soon decided to travel the the Great Barrier Reef to indulge this more.
So, how do they do this?
Through the internet, of course. They have the power to go through the internet and basically pop out of a search result to their destination. It’s kinda nuts.
There totally needs to be an ‘ABCmouse VS The Firewall and IDS’ episode.
So, jokes aside, they end up on a tour boat prepping for the start of the touring season the following day. One thing leads to another, and ABC, as is his way, wants to jump right into the water, but is stopped by the girls when they hear that the water may have sharks.
He’s actually a dangerously impulsive kid.
Anyway, the boat eventually gets stuck on a shallow wreck, and guess who’s the only one small enough to get in the to free the boat?
And there we have it.
The entire series is available for free on TubiTV’s kids section, if you wanna take a look.
Well, that’s all for this time, everyone! See you next time!
